Yikes, I seem to have screwed things up pretty badly. I’m running a Manjaro Linux installation, and a couple days ago I switched my desktop from Mate to Plasma. But I noticed two annoying things: The login screen was still using Mate’s display manager, not SDDM. The desktop was defaulting to Mate, and had to be manually changed to Plasma on every login. KDE Apps on Flathub. We are building release versions of most KDE applications and distributing them on Flathub. The "app store" or software center in many distributions (usually Discover on KDE Plasma) is able to install Flatpaks. You can follow the Flathub guide to setup Flatpak and Flathub on your system.
