I put one in my 330 and it can rev very high at highway speed in 5th. 6th is nice to have. both are strong boxes, turbo guys swear by the 5 sp zfs and iirc the 6 sp ZF was used in the z4 M coupe so again rated for well over stock power numbers. 6 speed going to be a bit better mpg wise on the highway.
